The IT Cloud Team Leader is responsible for managing the second line support team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical support. This role involves managing the daily operations of the support team, coordinating with other teams, and implementing IT policies and procedures.

What skills will you need:
• Windows Desktop environments, including Windows 10 and 11.
• Apple Mac environments.
• Windows Server 2012 R2 and beyond.
• Microsoft 365 Environment including Office 365 and Azure AD.
• Networking – LAN, WAN, firewalls.
• Wireless networks.
• Thorough understanding of Information Security best practices.
• Understanding of ITIL best practices.
What you’ll be doing:
The entire company is made up of around 30 people, but you’ll be joining a small team where every day will be different but ultimately. This will include 2nd line desktop support in response to tickets raised by phone, email and instant chat taking ownership of incidents/requests from end to end.
You’ll be working in partnership with multiple customers, supporting projects both remotely and on site. With direct contact with customers at all levels from the shop floor to the boardroom, this one is for you if you enjoy a varied workload and have great people skills. Managing your own workload and deadlines, you’ll have autonomy and will ensure SLAs and budgets are met. You will attend project update meetings, escalate any issues, and make recommendations to guide the customer on the best use of their IT solutions.
They would like you to come into the Exeter office at least twice per week with the rest of your time split accordingly between on-site project work at customer sites and remote working. From time to time there will be overnight stays, and very occasional evening/weekend work, but the company has a strong emphasis on healthy work-life balance.

Project Manager
We have a great opportunity for you to join us at Portakabin as a Project Manager. This role will sit within the Project Delivery team in our Sales department and in this role you will be responsible for ensuring that allocated projects are delivered safely, on time, to specification, on budget and to the satisfaction of the client.
Role Details
Salary: £35,000-£45,000
Contract type: Permanent
Annual leave: 25 days plus bank holidays
Role Responsibilities
• Take full project management responsibility for allocated projects to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to successfully deliver allocated projects.
• Maintain or improve upon as sold margins and maintain positive cash flow.
• Manage project risk and report by exception to management.
• Support Bid activity when required.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions along with effective management and resolution of any contractual conflict and disputes
